专利说明:
The invention relates to an arrangement for producing pigmented mixtures. The mixtures contemplated by the invention may be: plasters, paints and similar mixtures, especially those used in the construction and construction industries. Such mixtures, in particular plasters, are colored by adding and mixing pigment in a so-called "Tinting Station". The activity of coloring mixtures is associated with the very strenuous physical work of the workers involved in this work. Namely, the 25 kg to 30 kg containers from pallets have to be lifted away into the station for the addition of the pigment (Tinting Station). Then the containers must be placed in a mixer and finally sized on a pallet. The invention has for its object to carry out this strenuous work with a suitable arrangement, dog activities at least largely eliminated. This object is achieved with an arrangement having the features of claim 1. Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the arrangement according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. The pigment added to a mixture according to the invention is principally an inorganic, in exceptional cases an organic, pigment which gives the mixture, for example the plaster, the desired color. As in the invention, a, for example, automatic, conveyor track and, for example, within the same, a device for handling, such as putting on and removing, contains of batch containing containers, the hitherto carried out by workers lifting work from the device for Handle containers containing mixtures. The device for handling, such as placing and removing, containers is, for example, a robot, for example a multi-axis articulated-arm industrial robot, which is movable according to several degrees of freedom. If a container containing a mixture to be mixed with pigment has passed through the stations of the arrangement according to the invention, the mixture is mixed with the desired amount of pigment, mixed, marked accordingly and the container stands as finished container for removal, for example, on a pallet , ready. In the context of the invention can be provided that the pitches for batch containing containers and finished packages are designed as pitches for pallets. The device for identifying containers provided in the context of the invention can be designed as a station for labeling by means of a code, in particular a bar code. In particular, the device for identifying containers can be assigned a device for opening the containers, in particular for removing container lids. For example, it is provided that the device for handling (putting on and removing) of packages containing containers also carries out the opening of containers, for which purpose it is provided for example with a hook, which acts on a grip tab of container lids. The device provided for mixing in the arrangement according to the invention can be designed as a stirrer. Alternatively, the means for mixing may be formed as a gyroscopic shaker. In one embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the conveyor track is assigned a station for quality control. In order to allow an orderly storage of finished containers, the conveyor belt in front of the parking space for finished containers a device for reading attached to the containers and the content of the container characterizing data carriers, such as bar codes, be assigned. In a preferred embodiment, the conveyor track of the arrangement according to the invention is a circular, semi-circular or U-shaped conveyor track, wherein it is preferred that the conveyor track is designed as a roller conveyor. Further details and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments of arrangements according to the invention with reference to the schematic drawings. With the embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to work as follows: An employee provides, for example by means of a forklift, pallets 21 with containers 22 containing the mixture to be pigmented to one of the parking spaces 5. The robot 4 recognizes the packing pattern on the pallet 21 and raises the containers 22 successively onto the conveyor track 2 In the task area 6, the bar code of the container 22 is read in, thus detecting the mixture contained in the container 22. Furthermore, an additional bar code with color number and article number is attached to the container 22 in the task area 6. Following this, the container 22 is moved by the conveyor track 2 designed as a roller conveyor from the feed area 6 to the station 7 for adding at least one pigment (inking station). The station 7 is given the order to color the mixture contained in the container 22 according to the order by adding pigment. Following this, in the device 10 for closing the container 22, the container lid is placed from a lid magazine 23 onto the container 22 and fixed, so that the container 22 is closed again. The conveyor 2 conveys the container 22 further to the mixing station 8, wherein depending on the order number, one or the other of the mixing stations 8 is used. For quality control by an employee, the conveyor 2 stops the first and last batches 22 of a batch in the quality control station 9. For this purpose, a reset sample can be pulled and the container 22, for example, by an automatic roller conveyor or the robot 4, are moved to a waiting position. After sampling, the container 22, for example, from an automatic roller conveyor or the robot 4, abandoned on the conveyor track 2. In the acceptance area 11 is detected by means of a bar code reader to which container 22 it is and on which of the two pallets 21, which are ready in the pallet slots 12 for finished containers, containers 22 are provided. The robot 4 places the container 22 on the selected pallet 21 and a forklift removes the finished pallet 21 loaded with containers 22 (finished container) from the pallet position 12 and conveys it for wrapping.
